  • If the size is regular and there are no changes in it then we will ship it within 3 to 5 Business Day after complete payment. Other than that will be ship within 10 to 15 Business Day.
  • All custom Fitting need work starting from patterning and resizing logos according to measurements, therefore shipping time is 20 to 30 Business Day.
  • For international delivery there is no problem where ever you live. We give 100% guaranteed delivery.
  • For international customers we ship to our local agents or dealers to ship you locally to save your Custom Duty or make your custom duty as much lowest as much possible.
  • For international Customers some time we ship nearest country from yours by comparing custom relation of other country.
  • If product will come back 100 times we will send it 101 times again.

  • Privacy & Security

    If you wish to know what information we currently have about you, or are dissatisfied with PortoGear privacy policies or practices, you may send a written request or complaint to the Privacy Officer at the address below at info@portogear.com .The Privacy Officer will investigate the matter and respond to your request within 30 days. In the event that you become aware that the information we have about you is incorrect, you should notify the Privacy Officer, who will ensure the information is updated. In the case of a complaint, the Privacy Officer will take corrective action (if necessary) and will advise you of the steps taken to correct the problem. If you are still unsatisfied with the actions taken, you may be entitled to make a written complaint to the appropriate government or legislative body.

    Refund & Returns
  • We are not charging any shipping cost. So if you are paying for returning charges that's mean it's not a bad deal.
  • If you feel your product is not worth than what you have been paid for, just return it and we will refund all amount "NO" question ask.
  • If your product has some defect, simply take photo of that section and send that to us. Hold that product to you until your next arrived at your door step.
  • Return & refund policy do not apply if you have been given wrong size or custom size.
  • International Customers: If you deny paying Custom Duty in your country then we will pay you 50% refund.
  • International Customers: If you are not at home or Courier Company couldn't get hold on your contact number for 3 days then you might have to pay $50.00 or get your returned suit or 50% refund.
  • Payment & Pricing Protection

    International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are to be paid by the buyer. Please check with your country customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. If the price of an item you buy from the PortoGear is lowered within Ten (10) days of the date of your purchase, we will honor the new price and credit your account the difference. To obtain your credit, please send an email to info@portogear.com including your name, address, item number, and order number in the request. Note: In the case of event discount will not be credit back. Example you buy product on 30th of December & we offer 5 % off on 31th of December for New Year Discount for one day in that case not applicable for credit back difference.
